Grown high in the mountains of Jinotega, Nicaragua, this exceptional Geisha comes from Finca La Bastilla, a Rainforest Alliance–certified estate surrounded by the Cerro Datanlí El Diablo nature reserve.
The coffee is carefully picked at peak ripeness and processed using the washed method, allowing the character of the Geisha variety and its terroir to shine through with remarkable clarity.
In the cup, expect an elegant, clean profile with notes of stone fruit, white grape, golden raisin, green tea, delicate florals, and honeysuckle-like sweetness.
Produced as a carefully separated micro-lot and milled on the estate, this coffee represents the precision, craftsmanship, and unique growing conditions that make Geisha one of the most prized varieties in specialty coffee.
