Roast level: For Single Origin beans, you can choose your preferred roast level - light, light-medium, medium, medium-dark, or dark. Just leave a note with your preference in the 'Order note' field at checkout.
Grind Size: We grind our coffee for espresso by default, but we're happy to customize it for your brew method. Just leave a note at checkout if you prefer pour-over, French press, drip, or something else — we’ve got you covered!
